We at Pediatric Dentistry of Brandon are happy to have your child as a patient in our office.  It is our sincere desire to see that our patients receive the best dental care available and that the experience will be a pleasant one for both you and your child.

Appointments

For your convenience, our offices will be open for dental services from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on Mondays through Thursdays, and from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm on Fridays.

We appreciate a 24-hour notice on any appointments that you are not able to keep.

Emergency Care

We recognize that emergency situations do arise.  Should this happen to you, simply call our office at 813-685-0804.  We have a 24-hour answering service for your convenience should emergency care be required after hours.

Financial Policies

We appreciate payment at the time services are rendered.  For your convenience, we accept cash, check, CareCredit, debit or credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express).

Insurance

Our office is a participating provider for multiple insurance companies.  There are many types and plans that these companies provide.  So, we encourage parents to call ahead to verify that we are on their particular insurance list.

Once insurance coverage is verified, We will be happy to file your insurance benefits as a courtesy to you.  All co-payments, deductibles, and/or non-covered services will be collected at the time of service.  Any charges not covered by your insurance will be your responsibility and a statement will be sent to note any remaining balances.  Once a balance has been carried in our office for 60 days, it becomes the patient’s responsibility even if the claim is still pending with insurance.

Please note that HMO policies may require referrals or have age limits.  Some HMO and managed care policies require you to pay our regular fees less your insurance discount when Specialty Dental Care is provided.

CareCredit

CareCredit is a credit card offered in our office to help with dental and medical bills. It is a card that is accepted in many areas of business and will not be limited just in our office. CareCredit has multiple payment options from which to choose, including some that are interest free. 4-Hour Notice

For any appointment, we do require a 24-hour notice if a cancellation is necessary.  Failure to provide an adequate notice of cancellation will result in  an additional missed appointment fee for regularly scheduled appointments.
