How does PROPEL work?
The PROPEL device used by Dr. Nilash Patel is FDA approved. It “fast tracks” orthodontic treatments by making small, controlled perforations in the alveolar bone that surround tooth roots. This stimulates cytokine activity thereby, accelerating alveolar bone remodeling and allowing tooth roots to migrate faster on the path the orthodontic aligner or wire and bracket system is directing them.
