A Passion for Comfortable Dentistry and Healthy Smiles

Dr. Bruce Miles completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree at Howard University. Dr. Miles practices in our New Port Richey office on Wednesdays. He is a lifelong learner, committed to postdoctoral continuing education. This enables him to stay current with the latest developments in Dentistry…technology, dental materials, and methods. Our Orange Grove Dental patients trust him to provide the best treatments for optimal results.

Dr. Miles is not only accomplished in the following aspects of dentistry but also is passionate about them. You can count on him for long-lasting excellence in:

  • Surgical dental extractions that minimize trauma and post-operative pain
  • Nitrous oxide and oral sedation
  • Cosmetic dentistry and smile makeovers resulting in optimal natural-appearing aesthetics
  • Dentures of all kinds
  • Composite tooth-colored restorations
  • Crowns and bridges
  • Adult and adolescent dentistry
  • Limited oral surgery

“I love helping patients achieve their oral health and smile goals,” says Dr. Miles. “At the initial appointment, I spend time getting to know you, your medical and dental history, and the things you are most concerned about. We then take a tour of your mouth during a comprehensive oral exam and discuss what I am observing. From there, I partner with patients in developing a plan for treatment that will meet their goals. This is highly personalized care, and I take the time to inform patients, discuss options, and answer questions. A satisfied patient is a happy one—and that makes me happy.

“Gentle dentistry and sedation dentistry are important and so easy to safely achieve today. If you or family members, are anxious about dental exams and procedures, tell us. We will be happy to help you have fully relaxed dental appointments with nitrous oxide or oral sedation.

“I also enjoy educating patients about oral health care and the aspects of this care that they control, including home oral hygiene, understanding their health circumstances, and taking responsibility for treating dental and periodontal disease and damage promptly, so it does not advance and create complex problems that are more difficult to solve.

“I look forward to meeting new patients, and welcoming returning patients. It’s fun to learn what is new in their lives and to help them achieve and maintain oral health that gives them confidence, comfort, strong function, and beautiful smiles.”
